If you want your own single bedroom and want to live right next to campus, our single room option is perfect! You would sign your own individual lease and rent a private bedroom (with keyed locking door handle) in our 5 bedroom apartment at 360 Broadway. You would share the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and washer/dryer with the four people who have rented the other 4 bedrooms.
360 Broadway is in the perfect location that overlooks that path between the main part of campus and the Falcon Center. This 5BR Apartment has the same design as our popular 4BR unit but there is an additional bedroom with a lofted bed platform off the living room. You still get two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a high-efficiency washer and dryer!
